Morgan currently represent clients in domestic, civil and criminal matters in several different courts.

Morgan has extensive experience in Skagit County!  He has served as Protem Judge in Skagit and Whatcom District Courts; Municipal Courts of Anacortes, Burlington, Concrete, Sedro Woolley and Mount Vernon, presiding over trials, sentencings, legal motions, guilty pleas, probation matters and traffic infractions.

Previously, Morgan prosecuted criminal cases in Skagit District, Juvenile and Superior Courts.
